The train station is just around the corner and trains run every 30 minutes either into Rome or up to Viterbo.
For the coast and seaside it could not be a better choice. It is only 15km from the houses to the Lazio coast, where you will also be able to admire the fascinating castle of Santa Marinella.

Covering the SS Braccianese Claudia in both the directions, arriving to the height of the fraction of Vigna di Valle (Bracciano) to continue towards the indications ( I Terzi / SP5C), to turn and to cover the provincial road for 600 mt, after to come on to narrow street to the sx (Via of the Pantanelle), the first right crosspiece is Via Quirino Faricelli. (narrow street tightened in climb)
